Leonard “Lyn” Buchanan bio:
Leonard “Lyn” Buchanan was born in Waco, Texas, on July 28, 1939. He graduated from Sam Houston H. S. in Houston, Texas, and joined the U. S. Army in 1957, eventually stationed at the McGregor Ranges north of El Paso, Texas, to work as a technician in the Nike Ajax and Nike Hercules guided missiles program. After three years, Lyn left the Army to work for IBM briefly before returning to the U. S. Army in 1962 to be a Russian, German and Mongolian linguist. Later on in 1984, Lyn was asked by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) General Albert Stublebine to join a DIA unit called “DT-S” based in an old cook barracks at Fort Meade, Maryland, separate from the large, shiny National Security Agency (NSA) complex. Lyn was doing Controlled Remote Viewing there with a group of half a dozen others until January 1992. Their CRV tasking came from the DIA. One of Lyn’s exercise targets was the RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge incident of December 26-28, 1980, which he will detail on the September 17, 2015, PHENOMENON Radio broadcast.
Lyn Buchanan is now retired living in Alamogordo, New Mexico, where he is Executive Director of Problems>Solutions>Innovations and manages the Controlled Remote Viewing Across Time & Space website: http://www.crviewer.com.
